Stephanie Lair

Hi! My name is Stephanie. I am originally from Orlando, Florida, but have lived in Amsterdam, Netherlands and Portland, Oregon. I am currently a junior at Elon University in North Carolina studying exercise science. In addition, I am taking prerequisites to attend a nutrition master’s program and my hope is to pursue a future career in nutrition. I am also a full-time athlete as I compete in track for my school. As an athlete, nutrition is of utmost importance to me for optimal performance and injury prevention. I’ve also developed a passion for nutrition through witnessing my mother battle digestive issues growing up. Watching her improve her health through nutrition has been inspiring, and so I am excited to be a part of a company that aims to help others battle chronic diseases through nutrition.
