A Healthy Yet Satisfying Alternative


We all have those chocolate cravings that come around, but so often don't want to splurge in the indulgence. Well, here's a solution to both of those problems! All that creamy smooth cacao goodness blended with avocado and coconut create a divine symphony of flavor to satiate any chocolate wave desire, with a happy guilt-free conscious in the end. This delicious dessert is packed full of antioxidants and healthy fats that make skin and hair glow with radiance. There's really no reason NOT to enjoy this yummy treat!


There's definitely a few more ingredients that can be added to make this amazing dessert a personalized and unique creation:

  • Fruit, (dried, fresh, or frozen),

Healthy Green 5 Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Parfait (GF)

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao or cocoa powder (sifted)
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
  • Toppings of choice!


How to make 5 Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Parfait

  1. Start with melting the chocolate chunks in a double boiler. Add a small amount of coconut oil to thin, about 1/2 tsp, if needed.
  2. Add the coconut cream, avocado, cacao powder, maple syrup, melted dark chocolate, and vanilla extract (if desired) to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Using a stand mixer with whisk attachments in place, or a hand mixer, whisk the mixture on high for 3-4 minutes or until all ingredients are fully combined and the mousse is light and fluffy.
  4. Pour the mixture into 4 glass serving dishes and place in the refrigerator to set for at least one hour.
  5. Top with fresh berries, herbs, nuts, or other desired additions and serve!
