How to make Vegan Banana Ice Cream

  1. Begin by chopping up ripe bananas into ½ inch slices and freezing them for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
  2. Blend the banana slices in a food processor with the vanilla extract and the milk of your choice.
  3. Remove the smooth mixture from the food processor and empty it out into a freezer safe container. (Add any desired mix-ins at this stage)
  4. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for about 1-2 hours.
  5. If making the raspberry sauce for topping, start about 30 minutes before serving!
