I recently got my master's in Public Health at Oregon State University, with a focus on global health and an undergraduate background in nutrition science. Born and raised in mainland China, I've been living in the U.S. since 2015 and still trying to find the perfect blend of ancient oriental wisdom and scientific studies for my own healthiest lifestyle.
