  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 cups cooked potatoes
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white miso
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 3 dashes tabasco sauce


How to cook Vegan Cheese Sauce Without Nuts or Oil

  1. Boil the potatoes, drain, and remove skins. Add to blender.
  2. Add all ingredients in the blender for 1 minute, or until completely smooth.
  3. Taste, and adjust seasoning. If too thin, add more potatoes. If too thick, add more water or stock.
