How To Make A Maca Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte


This recipe can be made in just five simple steps!


  1. Add chai tea bags to 4 cups of boiled water.
  2. Using a separate medium saucepan, combine pumpkin, coconut milk, and spices and heat thoroughly
  3. Once the mixture and tea have cooled down, combine them into a blender with maca powder and mix well.
  4. Return to the saucepan and gently heat again before serving.
  5. Add any desired sweeteners and enjoy!

  • 4 bags of Chai Tea, or spiced tea of your choice
  • 2 cups puréed cooked pumpkin
  • 1 can organic coconut milk (full-fat or light)
  • 1 tsp maca root powder
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves


How to cook Vegan Maca Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

  1. Boil 4 cups water; add tea bags and steep according to instructions.
  2. On stove top in a medium pan, combine pumpkin, coconut milk, and spices; heat thoroughly.
  3. Allow the pumpkin mixture and tea to cool. Then combine into a blender; mix well.
  4. Return to saucepan and gently heat again before serving.
  5. Sweeten to taste and enjoy!
