  • 3 cups plant-based milk (almond/oat/coconut)
  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 1 banana
  • 6-7 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp allspice
  •  1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp red maca powder (optional)


How to cook Organic Vegan Eggnog

  1. Soak cashews for one hour in hot water OR soak in cold water overnight.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until satiny smooth.
  3. Refrigerate for one-hour and enjoy!
