Banana and Pearl Millet Cupcakes

  • 1 1/4 cups pearl millet flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup oil (coconut, canola, vegetable)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk


How to Make Banana and Pearl Millet Cupcakes

  1. Slice and mash the bananas with a fork.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Pour the batter into cupcake liners (fill halfway to avoid spillover).
  5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
