  • 1 cup cooked brown rice or short white grain
  • 4 cups pure filtered water


How to make Rice Milk

  1. Cook rice according to package and allow it to cool. ***Remember 1 cup dry=about 3 cups cooked.
  2. Place 1 cup of rice into a blender and add 4 cups of filtered water. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Strain once and blend again for an ultra-smooth consistency. Chill in the refrigerator and shake before using. Store for up to 3 days
