Organic Spaghetti Squash Pasta with Spiralized Zucchini

An easy and hearty 7-ingredient organic spaghetti squash with spiralized zucchini recipe is the perfect pasta alternative! Not only is it super simple for a weeknight meal, but it is extremely versatile in possible flavor combinations. We recommend adding 1tsp turmeric, fresh basil, raw ginger, raw garlic (or while baking is amazing!)

Organic Spaghetti Squash Pasta with Spiralized Zucchini

Yield: 3-4

  • 1 zucchini, spiralized (steamed for 5 mins)
  • 1 large spaghetti squash
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Organic Spaghetti Squash Pasta with Spiralized Zucchini

  1. Preheat oven to 400° and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut squash in half and scrape out seeds with a spoon.
  3. Drizzle and rub olive oil inside and on edges, then season with spices and pepper.
  4. Bake in oven face up for 40-45 minutes until edges begin to brown.
  5. While squash is baking, spiralize zucchini and steam lightly for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove and cool until able to safely handle. Use a fork to scrape the inside to form spaghetti-like strands.
  7. Add other ingredients and mix well.
  8. Add desired additional toppings.
