VBuffalo Cauliflower Pizza

Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Green onion
  • Cilantro
  • 1 cup of water
  • Rapid rise yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • Buffalo sauce


How To Make Some FIYA Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza

  1. In a cup of warm water, combine the packet of rapid rise yeast with the sugar. Stir together.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour and salt. Mix the ingredients together.
  3. Make a hole in the middle of the flour mixture and add the olive oil into the hole.
  4. Once your yeast has risen (you will see foam on top), add it to the large bowl with the flour and mix it all together.
  5. Pour some more flour onto whatever surface that you plan on kneading the dough. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
  6. In a large bowl, coat it with olive oil so that the dough does not stick. Put the dough in the bowl and cover the bowl with a large damp towel. Let it rise for about an hour.
  7. Preheat oven to 450°
  8. Take half of the cauliflower and cut the stem out. Break apart the cauliflower and put it into another large bowl.
  9. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and mix it together until evenly coated.
  10. Put cauliflower on a baking sheet with a non-stick coating. Leave enough room between the cauliflower pieces for them to breathe. Cook for 15 minutes.
  11. Begin prepping the other toppings. Cut up the red onion, cilantro, and green onions.
  12. Once the dough is done rising, knead it one more time on a flour-coated surface for a few minutes.
  13. Cut the dough in half and knead each half into a ball. Put each ball of dough on a plate and flatten. Cover with a damp towel for 10 minutes.
  14. After the 10 minutes, spread the dough into a flat pizza shape and put on a baking sheet. Use flour on the baking sheet so that the dough does not stick.
  15. Add half of the buffalo cauliflower and half of the chopped onions onto the dough. Let cook for 20 minutes.
  16. Finish the pizza by adding the cilantro and green onions. Feel free to add any of your other favorite vegan pizza toppings.
