  • 1 can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans drained
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1 Tbsp of vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of red onion
  • 1/3 of dill
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 1/4 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1/3 of diced celery
  • 1/4 himalayan pink salt
  • 1/7 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 cup of chopped romaine lettuce

instructions:

Vegan Tuna Chickpea Salad

  1. Prepare all seasonings with given measurements
  2. Pour chickpeas into a bowl and mash
  3. Add in the avocado, chopped onion, and celery. Then, add dill, parsley, and garlic powder
  4. Add in the vegan mayonnaise and mix to bind everything
