If you find yourself on the go all the time, this is a great meal by itself to satiate your hunger needs. If you would like to make it more filling, you can add half a cup of vegan granola for some needed carbs. In addition, you can include some hemp seeds for some added fiber. Carbs, fats, and fiber can help further your energy throughout the day.

Avocado is seen as a dessert in many parts of Asia. This recipe can be made for a sweet and filling morning fix or a midday snack. The healthy fat from the avocado is incredibly satiating with a sweetened kick of your choice. Adding half of a frozen banana can up the creaminess of your pudding. Whenever you choose to divulge in this healthy treat, you'll be left feeling satisfied.

How do you make Avocado Pudding?

It's so simple and takes only five minutes! You can also add monk fruit sweetener for additional yumminess. Monk fruit is a great vegan sweetener for any recipe. 

Let's get blending!

Find the blender of your choice. You want to add the avocado first, followed by the frozen banana. Add one cup of coconut milk. Glaze it with two tablespoons of maple syrup. 

How much maple syrup do you need?

You can add as much as you want, depending on the level of sweetness you'll be satisfied with. In my opinion, the more syrup the better!

Blend for about 30 to 45 seconds so it retains a creamy texture. Pour the mixture into a glass cup and get scooping!
