Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup of water
1/3 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
How to cook Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350° and lightly grease cupcake tin or line with 12 cupcake liners.
Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.
Add the applesauce, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, and water. Mix until smooth.
Fill each cupcake liner three-quarters of the way from full and bake for 30-45 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
Remove from oven, and allow to cool before applying frosting and decorations!
