Peace, Love, and Herbs - San Diego Wellness Event

The Peace, Love, and Herbs event is on Sunday, January 7, 2024, from 1:30 to 4 PST. This wellness event will allow you to immerse yourself in good vibes, herbs, yoga, and sound. It will be located at the Yoga Deck on Fourth Avenue, with a specific address of 2655 Fourth Avenue, San Diego, CA 92103. From 2 – 3 PM, there will be a tea ceremony. From 2:30 – 3:30 PM, a Slow Flow yoga class will be occurring. Then, there is a sound bath from 3:30 PM to 4 PM.

Are There Any Items I Should Be Bringing With Me?

 

If you plan on attending the yoga class, bring a yoga mat. Also, if you are interested in the sound bath, bring something to help with providing comfort if you would like.

Participants must be at least eighteen years old.
