Maple Serrano Vegetable Stir-Fry with Microgreens


A delicious and easy organic maple serrano vegetable stir-fry with microgreens and red cabbage! This is a wonderful week night meal and practically any veggie can be added to this recipe! We recommend topping with raw garlic, ginger, and cauliflower in this stir-fry.

Maple Serrano Vegetable Stir-Fry with Microgreens

  • 1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 1/2 cups cauliflower, chopped
  • 3 cups chinese broccoli
  • 1-2 serrano peppers, sliced
  • 2 tsp liquid aminos
  • 2 tbsp vegetable stock
  • 1 1/2 tsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • Microgreens and red cabbage (optional toppings)
  • Green onion and carrots (optional garnish)
  • Edible flowers (optional)


Maple Serrano Vegetable Stir-Fry with Microgreens

  1. In a large wok or skillet, melt the coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower and celery. Stir often and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and cook while stirring often, until broccoli is bright green and crisp yet tender.
  4. Turn off heat and add 1-2 tsp maple syrup. Allow to melt into the sauce and serve with quinoa or rice.
