Changing Your Mindset: Exercise Beyond the Scale

Have you noticed that losing weight is often the first thing that comes to mind when we think about the significance of physical activity? Although losing weight might be a substantial motivation, concentrating exclusively on the number that appears on the scale can sometimes overshadow the more substantial advantages that come from engaging in physical exercise. Here are some of the reasons why it is crucial to change your perspective and embrace exercise for reasons more than just weight loss[1]

Changing your mindset about exercise can transform your fitness journey, especially when you focus on benefits beyond the scale.
