My journey began when I decided to join the Air Force as part of the medical field. From the start I knew I wanted to help people, I had always dreamed of becoming a nurse, and somewhere down the line becoming a nurse went to public health nurse. The more I studied public health the more passionate I became about helping people and the health of people. Now that I am at the end of the MPH program with Purdue Global that passion for helping others just continues to grow.
I decided the above quote was more than fitting for me because today's actions play a part in the person you are tomorrow. One day I would like to continue my education to get a Doctorate and make an impact on the public health world that I can be proud of by contributing to the health of the people.
I find the best joy when I can help someone or make someone else happy. - Shiloh
