I'm sure you've seen the memes or have heard the buzz on "Mercury going into Retrograde."On January 30, the most dreaded retrograde of all the planets will kick off the first retrograde of 2021. Mercury is the planet of communication, logic, and travel- is notoriously known for stirring up reality here on Planet Earth. However, don't let the widespread panic and sighs of disappointment fool you.

This astrological event is the perfect time for you to focus your attention inward, take a breath and stay mindful through this period of turbulence. You are in control of your reality! If you change your perception and response to the events that occur, you will discover peace and clarity even in the midst of chaos.
