Heather Clark a US Navy Combat Veteran, served as an Intelligence analyst for navy intelligence and special operations. Heather holds a B.S. in Psychology, a minor in Evolutionary Anthropology, and is a graduate student in Public Health at Purdue University. She owns the wellness company Merica Flex and created R2: resilency and recovery program, a combat trauma yoga program for veterans and active duty that uses traditional military training with yoga that is fused with psychotherapy methods.
Heather is also the podcast host of “If You Drink” on Vet Radio Syndicate. This podcast is the continuation of Marine Veteran Chris Turner’s mission with his hit song “If You Drink” which created a platform for veterans to come together as a community and talk to prevent suicide. She is finishing her graduate degree with Purdue University Global as an intern with Assuaged. She will be using her knowledge and experience in podcasting, wellness, and leadership to lead the LIVE Discussions for Assuaged.
