I have 20+ years experience in business development, sales, marketing and business operations. I ran a start-up IT company for many years and in that company, I was responsible for business development and human resources and general operations.
Sequel to that, I obtained my MBA and then worked in Alumni Relations and then as Head of Operations for a non-profit Chamber of Commerce. All my roles have involved HR except the Alumni Relations role. I have experience in recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding and performance management of staff. I am proud to say that 80% of the people I recruited over the years have spent at least 4 years in the respective companies with stellar performance.
I am currently taking a post-grad certificate in Human Resources at Mount Royal University, Alberta, Canada.
