To me, living healthy is having a sound balance between physical, mental, and spiritual health. I believe every person can heal and empower their own body, if given the right environment to do so. Information is so important to know what will fight or heal the body, and a lot of people want to get healthier but don’t have the knowledge or action plan to do so. Healthy living is about having the key information and putting it to effect day in and day out, to achieve optimal well being. Health is about feeling physically and mentally fulfilled with your life.
A little bit about me, I have always had a passion for health and wellness.I moved to Hawaii to live the lifestyle I always dreamed of having, while getting to go to school and learn the things I was passionate about. I had the opportunity to feed my passion for nutrition, health, and food while living an active and adventurous life. I graduated from the University of Hawaii with a kinesiology degree, with certifications in holistic nutrition and yoga teaching, all while getting explore the island that I call home. My passion is to share the wealth and knowledge to others so they can be their greatest self!
