How to make Raw Mocha Plant-Based Brownies

  1. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the ground almonds and hazelnuts into a food processor and blend together until a fine powder forms.
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse together until fully incorporated.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth over the top with a spatula.
  5. Set in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  6. When ready to serve, remove from the pan and lightly dust brownies with the espresso and raw cacao powder mixture. Cut and enjoy!
