  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • coconut oil


How to Make Protein Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Separate the eggs into two bowls. Put the egg whites into a large bowl and the yolks in a smaller bowl
  3. Use an egg beater to mix up the egg whites for 3 - 5 minutes until it looks like whipped cream
  4. Add the salt, baking powder, protein powder and the yolk to the egg whites. Mix ingredients together
  5. Take the coconut oil and put it on your hands. Use this to coat the bread pan. Feel free to use a non-stick spray if you have one
  6. Pour the dough into the pan. Use a utensil to even out the top. Optional: add seasonings such as oregano or seasoning salt
  7. Cook for 35 - 45 minutes
  8. Let cool and enjoy

Preacher Lawson is a stand-up comedian, actor, singer, human, professional black guy. I was born in Portland, Oregon, but raised most of my adolescence in Memphis, TN. I moved 20 times before age 10, but if you asked me what city I'm from I'd say Orlando, FL. Because that's where I grew as a comedian.

Growing up switching schools all of the time you had to learn how to adapt. Everywhere I'd go I would learn about different people and different cultures, but I noticed the one universal language everyone had in common was laughter. Which is how I spoke and warmed up to most people. Even when I wasn't the funniest I was still the loudest.

I started writing jokes when I was 16 for about a year, then decided to perform for the first time at age 17 as between my mother and I. Best decision of my life.
