How to Make AWESOME Scrambled Tofu

ingredients:

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • Mushrooms
  • White onion
  • Green pepper
  • Orange pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Yellow pepper
  • Spinach
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Garlic olive oil
  • Cumin
  • Lemon pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Salt

How to Make Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

  1. Drain the tofu. Use a paper towel to further blot out water. Microwave the tofu for 1 minute to get more water out of it.
  2. Prep all the vegetables. Chop the mushrooms, green, orange, red, and yellow bell peppers. Dice the onion.
  3. Add the garlic olive oil to a skillet on medium-high heat. Break up the tofu with a fork and add to the skillet. Let the tofu sit on the hot skillet for about 2 - 3 minutes to get more of the water out.
  4. Add the bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms to the skillet. Mix it together.
  5. After the bell peppers have softened (2 - 4 minutes), add the spinach, lemon pepper, nutritional yeast, cumin, and salt. Stir continuously until the bell peppers have browned a bit.

Preacher Lawson is a stand-up comedian, actor, singer, human, professional black guy. I was born in Portland, Oregon, but raised most of my adolescence in Memphis, TN. I moved 20 times before age 10, but if you asked me what city I'm from I'd say Orlando, FL. Because that's where I grew as a comedian.

Growing up switching schools all of the time you had to learn how to adapt. Everywhere I'd go I would learn about different people and different cultures, but I noticed the one universal language everyone had in common was laughter. Which is how I spoke and warmed up to most people. Even when I wasn't the funniest I was still the loudest.

I started writing jokes when I was 16 for about a year, then decided to perform for the first time at age 17 as between my mother and I. Best decision of my life.
