Hello! My name is Ivan Chen and I’m a high school junior at Brooklyn Technical High School. As someone deeply passionate about engineering and robotics, I thrive on pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Furthermore, as an avid programmer and student leader in my community, I plan on combining my skills and knowledge to drive innovation and inspire others in my new role.
Seeking to further advance my programming and technical skills through CS4ALL, I am excited to begin working at the Assuaged Foundation as a public health intern. This role presents me with a unique opportunity to expand my problem solving skills in a new field, where technology intersects with health and wellness. By leveraging background experience and my fresh perspective, I hope to explore new and innovative ways I can make health education more accessible and impactful. I believe that my work here can truly make a difference, ultimately benefiting communities and individuals in need of external assistance.
